Milk production involves some 30,000 litres/day and is obtained from a herd of just over 1,000 Holando Argentino (Holstein) cows. The production system is a combination of natural grazing with corn silage, alfalfa, and concentrated feed from the Silo Plant, all resulting in a fully traceable production cycle.
