Application of high genetic selection criteria, using the latest technological means and know how and working according to the highest health standards, result in highly prized herds of excellent quality. Every year, more than 400 bulls are bred, both for sale and to supply the needs of the other "estancias".

Buffaloes
Buffalo breeding and fattening is a very important activity of Farming Salentein. With 8,000 head, it represents 15% of Argentina's buffalo production. Buffalo beef is qualified "for export"; it offers protein with very low cholesterol content and high carcass yield. It maintains positive characteristics such as high fertility, early maturity and disease tolerance. It is considered as modern 100% natural meat.
